In Colleton District So. Ca.
And died in Jefferson County, Florida
The 12th of August 1856
Aged 27 years 4 months and 19 days
Dearest William, thou hast left us
Here thy loss we deeply feel
But tis God that hath bereft us
He can all our sorrows heal
Yet again we hope to meet thee
When the day of life has fled
Then in heaven with joy to greet thee
Where no farewell tear is shed

David's comments:

"The grave is deep in the woods and I heard about it from a hunter.  The grave is apparently by itself with no other identifiable gravesites nearby although there are other Raysors buried in the county."
